RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Our right of withdrawal is valid for fourteen days. If your purchase was more than fourteen days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you any right of withdrawal and no exchange.

The withdrawal period begins as follows:
*in the case of a service contract, from the day the contract is concluded;
*in the case of a purchase contract, from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are completely excluded from return. Hygiene articles, health and personal care products and gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Non-EU countries
Orders from non-EU countries are excluded from any exchange or withdrawal rights.

Sale items
A refund can only be made for items at regular price; sale/promotional items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the declaration of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within fourteen days at the latest.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the delivery plus the credit card/Paypal fees will be deducted from your refund. We assume no responsibility for damage or loss during shipping.

Unclaimed packages:
A processing fee of ten euros plus credit card/Paypal fees and shipping costs will be retained for UNCLAIMED packages. The remaining amount will be refunded.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your country of residence.

If you are shipping an item over €25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
