Return and Refund – Important Information
Return Period:
- You have 14 days to return items. The period begins on the day you received the goods.

Reduced Items
A refund can only be issued for regularly priced items, sale/offer items are unfortunately excluded from refunds. - Hygiene articles, health products and gift vouchers are excluded from returns.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Orders from outside the EU as well as reduced items cannot be returned.

Costs:
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Credit card/PayPal fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund:
- After inspecting the return, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Important:
- Unclaimed packages: A processing fee of €10 plus shipping costs will be retained.
- For items over €25: Please use a shipping method with tracking or insurance, as we cannot assume liability for loss.
