Shipping

Orders from a NEW DROP:

New drops normally take place on Fridays at 6 PM. Items purchased during a new drop and over the weekend will be shipped by the following Tuesday at the latest.

All packages are shipped insured and include a tracking number.
Shipping information will be sent to customers via email.

Other orders:
Orders not placed on a release day will be shipped within 3 business days.

Delivery time:

Germany: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Austria: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Switzerland: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Europe – Zone 1 and Zone 2: 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping service provider:

Packages to Germany as well as to countries in Zone 1 and Zone 2 will be shipped with DHL.
Packages to Austria and Switzerland will be shipped with Austrian Post (post.at).
Shipping is only available within Europe.
